We recently completed one of our Louis XIII fireplaces for the lobby of the lovely, newly-opened J.W. Marriott Hotel at 151 W. Adams in Chicago’s financial district. This is a rare opportunity for our clients to see some of our work in a publicly-accessible space, since much of our work is done for private residences.

Working with Stone Design & Maintenance, Inc., the stone contractors for the hotel renovation, we adjusted our standard Louis XIII design slightly to fit the space. The fireplace was carved in our Classic French limestone, a stone which beautifully complements the lobby’s cream and beige color palette.
